Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress, born May 26th 1978, at Campinas Sao Paulo. She is a well-known actress as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime on March 20, 2020. She currently manages the Assassination Witness Project, which is a major part of GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. Her research at the GI-TOC is focused on disappearances, assassinations and other types of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economics. Research interests encompass the effect of organized crime on human and humanitarian rights, as well as the impact of policies and laws. Ana Paula has an LL.M. cum laude (with distinction) with honors International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She holds a LL.M. in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula received a magnacum honors bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. She was a trained lawyer and worked for 4 years at the public law litigation company. Previous experiences have included assisting in the roles of non-governmental organizations based out of Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
