Anita Barone

Barone appeared in the fourth-season Seinfeld Episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham a chef who wanted Elaine Benes shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular member in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone also played her wife, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' premiere episode. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start a full-time job. She starred on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home between 2005 to 2007. Barone was co-starring alongside Daddio in the year 2000. Barone's other television credits include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her role as One Last Ride. Barone was cast as the mother to Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in the year 2010 - just three years after The War at Home concluded its run. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones, the former husband of Barone's character in two episodes.
