Her first single A.M.to P.M. ranked 3rd on the UK Singles charts in 2001. Along with acting, her first lead role was in 2003. she was in the film with teen actors Love Don't Cost a Dime. The actress played a small role in the Jennifer Garner film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Milian made the music video for her smash single Us Against the World when she returned to the world of music.
